2. Step 2: Once these are received and reviewed, we will contact you regarding your initial visit.  
3. Step 3: Doctor visit: history, physical, diagnosis, and lab (if needed).
4. Step 4: Long term follow up schedule may include Irlen screening (visual-processing test), Diet and Lifestyle consultation, FibroScan (liver scan), Cerescan SPECT brain imaging or other tests as necessary.
